A considered approach
​We provide a fully managed service with no upfront costs to landowners. As architects and developers, we specialise in maximising site value for landowners and developers.

Initial Consultation
A discussion to understand your site, your objectives, and whether there is genuine potential to progress.

Feasibility and Appraisal
​As architects, we test viable development options through early design studies, informed by planning policy, site constraints and market context. This allows us to assess feasibility and provide an informed appraisal of value.

Offer and Agreement
Based on the appraisal, we present a formal offer, explaining the planning strategy and commercial assumptions behind it. Once terms are agreed, these are consolidated into a simple, transparent option agreement and progressed through solicitors.

Planning and Completion
We invest in and manage the planning process from design through to submission. As lead architects, we coordinate all consultants, surveys and technical work, and liaise directly with the local authority. Following planning consent, we manage the agreed route forward through to payment and completion.
