Following consent, we develop the design into clear, coordinated technical information suitable for construction. This includes detailed drawings, specifications and consultant coordination to ensure the project is buildable, compliant and well resolved.

Acting as Contract Administrator, we administer the building contract and provide independent professional oversight during construction. Our role includes site inspections, issuing interim and other statutory certificates, responding to queries, and monitoring progress on site.
