Offer and Agreement
Based on the appraisal, we present a formal offer, explaining the planning strategy and commercial assumptions behind it. Once terms are agreed, they are consolidated into a simple, transparent option agreement and progressed through solicitors.

Planning and Completion
We invest in and manage the planning process from design through to submission. As lead architects, we coordinate all consultants, surveys and technical work, maintaining direct dialogue with the local authority throughout. Following planning consent, we manage the agreed route forward through to payment and completion.
