A sensitively designed rear extension to a period property in Morpeth, using slate and stone to match the existing building and contemporary glazing to create a bright, light-filled sunroom.

The project was managed across RIBA Stages 1–6, including full contract administration, with a single point of coordination for consultants, planning requirements and site delivery. This hands-on approach enabled a smooth, largely hands-off experience for the client and a carefully crafted final outcome.
