Culinary Centre

New Development

This project combines a cookery school, bar and restaurant with an integrated aquaponic farm, forming a light-filled building where food production, learning and hospitality are closely connected. A timber-framed, glazed hall places vertical growing systems at the heart of the plan, making cultivation a visible, working landscape that shapes movement and social space.

Generous rooflights and full-height glazing draw daylight deep into the building, while teaching kitchens, communal tables and flexible dining areas support education, everyday use and hosted events. Externally, terraces, fish ponds and productive gardens extend the experience into the surrounding landscape, reinforcing a continuous relationship between architecture, land and local food systems.
